Daily fresh! 100 years central market

This video installation was a real eye-catcher during the exhibition. The topics were nutrition and food today, and Betty Mü created a socially critical content-related installation: “Food and Truth”. 21 oversized plate on a huge tablecloth formed the projection surface, relating to the following topics: plant growth, harvest, industry, supermarket, cooking, people, food design and food waste.
